· 《中国居民膳食指南》建议,钠含量超过30%NRV的加工食品应尽量少买少吃。
· 过量盐分会扰乱血液渗透压,致使体内钠离子增加,身体水分流失,造成皮肤缺水、日益粗糙,并加重皱纹与斑点。
· 烹饪时不宜过早放盐,待菜肴即将出锅时添加,可在维持同等咸度前提下,有效减少食盐用量。
